Poland. Taste Restaurant
Between April 13 and October 13, 2025, we were the operator of the Poland.Taste restaurant in the Polish Pavilion at the World Expo 2025 Osaka Kansai in Japan.
This was our biggest challenge of 2025 – Expo attracted around 22 million visitors, our team consisted of 35 people, and the restaurant served several hundred guests daily. World Expos are often compared in scale to events like the Olympic games or the FIFA World Cup.
During the restaurant’s operation, we also had the opportunity to organize numerous receptions for officials from around the world, including a meeting for ambassadors from 46 countries.
