Sustainability
We are the first and only restaurant in Poland to receive the Green Michelin Star in 2024 and 2025.
In 2024, we also became the only company in Poland to earn the Good Travel Seal Lvl 2 Silver with a score of 88%. Achieving this recognition requires meeting 76 criteria set by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC).The methodology and certification standards are exceptionally rigorous, making this currently the most comprehensive sustainability certification process in global tourism.
Additionally, we are the only company in the Tricity area - and one of just two in the Pomeranian Voivodeship - to participate in the European Union’s experimental ETSM2030 project.
This initiative aims to develop a sustainable development system for tourism. The project involves six countries, each selecting 14 participants from across the tourism sector.
